How do I Delete a Learning Experience from Foundry?

Answer:

Actually, almost no data is deleted from Foundry, so the short answer is, you can't delete an experience. Generally, too many associations between the experience, the members, its data, and their data exist to easily delete an experience.

Experiences can be canceled, however, and both students and targets can be removed at any point. However, before removing students or targets, or canceling an experience, you must check the following:

• Whether any of the targets or skills have been evaluated;
• Whether any credit has been awarded;
• Whether any experience comments have been published (not embedded chat comments, but comments in the Evaluation section of an experience).
