Question: What is my username or password?

Answer:

Usernames are set by the Foundry Admin User when accounts are created. If you are unsure of your username, contact the Foundry Admin user for your school.

Passwords are initially set by the Foundry Admin user when accounts are created. Students, Advisors, and Coaches can change their own password at any time via the top right corner user-menu when logged in to their account. 

Note: Your Foundry username is not the same as the UserID stored in your user profile that you might use to identify students or teachers for other reporting purposes. 

If a student password is forgotten, Advisors have the ability to change student passwords via: My Students > Student Summary > Edit Profile.  If a large number of passwords need to be changed at the same time, contact your Admin User as this role has the ability to do change password in batch.
